Currently, road charge payments are paperless and not eligible for company claims. e-RCSInvoice provides official e-Invoices for each qualified official business road charge transaction, making them valid for business expense claims or tax purposes.

Visit ercsinvoice.com and click “Register.” After signing up, you’ll be prompted to complete your personal and company details to ensure accurate data submission to LHDN. Email verification is required to activate your account.
You’ll need to provide your name, work email, mobile number, company name, company registration number, TIN number, and payment method details (TNG, RFID and Bank Card).
Yes, you can register multiple payment methods under one account for comprehensive tracking.
Yes. Simply go to your company profile settings and update your company email address.
You’ll receive an e-Invoices in your user dashboard after your selection and approval for submission after a road charge transaction is recorded on a participating roads.
It includes transaction date/time, plaza name, amount paid, payment method used, and your company/tax info.
Yes. You can log in to your dashboard and download the e-Invoices. Note that e-Invoices are only available for the last 90 days.
No. You can continue using your existing payment methods (TNG, RFID and Bank Card). e-RCSInvoice works passively in the background to capture and convert the data.
No. We only collect transaction data to facilitate e-Invoices issuance. We do not process or charge payments.
No. Only you have access to your dashboard. However, you may choose to send or share e-Invoices with your employer if needed.
No. We only store the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card number for reference. No full card data is retained or processed.
Yes. All e-Invoices are formatted to comply with LHDN and standard accounting requirements.
