By accessing and using the e-RCSInvoice portal (“the Portal”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

e-RCSInvoice is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform developed and operated by RTS Technology Sdn. Bhd. (382307-T) 199601009959, a wholly owned subsidiary of RTS Technology Holdings Bhd. It is designed to capture road charge transactions and generate LHDN-compliant electronic invoices (“e-Invoices”) for the benefit of road users.

  • Road users can register and use the system free of charge.
  • Road concessionaires are subject to setup fees and monthly subscription charges as agreed in a separate agreement with RTS Technology Sdn. Bhd.

2. User Eligibility

By using the Portal, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Are using the system for lawful purposes.
  • Have provided accurate personal and company information during registration.

3. Services Provided

Upon successful registration and email verification, road users may:

  • Register payment methods (TNG, RFID and Bank Card).
  • Automatically receive e-Invoices for transactions at participating concessionaires.
  • Access and download historical via the user dashboard.

4. Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide (e.g. payment method details, company info, tax information) is correct and up to date. RTS Technology Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate user data.

5. System Availability

We strive to ensure 99.9% uptime of the Portal. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. RTS Technology Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any damages resulting from service unavailability.

6. Subscription & Fees

  • Access to the Portal is free for individual road users.
  • Road concessionaires are subject to setup fees and monthly subscription fees, as defined in separate commercial agreements with RTS Technology Sdn. Bhd.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • RTS Technology Sdn. Bhd., its founders, partners, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Portal or the inability to use the Portal.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of road charge transaction data provided by third-party road systems.
  • We are not responsible for any legal, tax, or accounting outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of the e-Invoices generated by the Portal.
  • Road users and concessionaires agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTS Technology Sdn. Bhd. against any claims, disputes, or legal actions arising from their use of the Portal.

8. No Legal or Tax Advice

The Portal is not intended to provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Users are advised to consult qualified professionals for such matters.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and technology used in the Portal are the intellectual property of RTS Technology Sdn. Bhd. and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written consent.

10. Privacy Policy

By using the Portal, you agree to the terms of our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, store, and use your personal data in compliance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal constitutes your acceptance of any revised Terms.
